The agent-readable checklist we actually run

The five-item checklist we run in production on a product whose only users are agents: one-hop discovery, a contract you can paste, keys an agent can get on its own, retry-safe writes, and errors that say what to do next.

The internet has no front door for agents

An agent can do the work but can't get in the building. Every SaaS signup still assumes a human, and that wall now turns away the fastest-growing customer class you have.

The AI you know is the wrong AI

Had coffee with a friend yesterday. Smart guy, decade in Silicon Valley. To him, 'AI' meant ChatGPT. He'd never used Codex, Claude Code, or Cowork. The frontier moved twelve months ago and 98% of people, even smart technical ones, haven't noticed.

This blog post is slop.

An AI wrote it. Another AI deployed it. A third one will probably summarize it back to you in your feed tomorrow. That's the product.
